Due Diligence Services

We are a provider of independent due diligence services for various broker-dealers throughout the country. The firm’s full-time and of-counsel attorneys have various additional professional and educational credentials, including MBAs and securities industry licenses. The firm’s practice involves not only broker-dealer representation, but real estate acquisition, development and finance. Firm attorneys have been employed by broker-dealers who have syndicated real estate equity offerings in hospitality, senior living, office and retail development and acquisition. The firm’s due diligence representation involves a concentration in TIC deal-level, real estate equity fund and REIT reviews. The firm provides clients individualized legal opinions with an additional focus on project and fund structure, financing, valuation and exit analysis.

    The firm has a varied and sophisticated leasing practice. Our lawyers represent both landlords and tenants and have significant experience in leasing transactions, including retail leases, ground leases, build-to-suit leases, office leases, industrial leases and subleases. We are pleased to have local and regional retail and commercial office building owners as clients.

  • Real Estate Development

    Our lawyers assist clients in all types of real estate development, including multifamily, office, shopping center, industrial, and hotel projects. We have extensive experience in the creation and operation of residential, commercial and mixed-use condominiums and planned unit developments.

  • Real Estate Financing

    We represent clients seeking construction and permanent financing and also actively represent many regional and national lending institutions.
